1) 30-Day Easy Returns

At Khorox, we want you to be 100% satisfied. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return eligible items.

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees (£0.00).

These conditions apply to our voluntary return policy and do not affect your statutory cancellation rights described in section 6.

2) Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective / Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged or wrong product, Khorox covers 100% of the return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: For voluntary returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
  • Delivery Charges: Original delivery charges, where applicable, are refunded in cases of statutory cancellation under section 6.

3) Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Provide photos/videos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

4) How to Start a Return

  • Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number to initiate the process.
  • Authorisation: Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorisation cannot be processed.
  • Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will email you the correct return address and shipping instructions for your specific item.

5) Refund Process

Once your return is inspected:

  • Method: Refund will be sent to your original payment method.
  • Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

6) Your Statutory Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This right applies in addition to, and independently of, our voluntary 30-day return policy described above.

  • Cancellation Period: You may cancel within 14 days of the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days.
  • How to Cancel: Notify us at [email protected] with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the form in section 7, but you are not required to.
  • Returning the Goods: Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. We will confirm the correct return address by email.
  • Refunds: We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.
  • Handling the Goods: You may examine the goods as you would in a shop. If their value is reduced through handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics, we may deduct that amount from your refund.
